Product Features
1. Hot Water up to 90°C
The FKH-35II/CGW provides high-temperature hot water for industrial and commercial heating applications. Required outlet temperature and suitable operating conditions should be confirmed for each project.
2. Air-Source Heating
The unit uses ambient air as its heat source. Heating capacity and electricity consumption vary with ambient temperature and water temperatures. Refer to the technical table for the listed performance data.
3. Selection for Textile and Hospitality Applications
This model can be assessed for textile process hot water, hotel central hot water systems and commercial laundry duties. Selection should account for daily demand, peak demand and operating hours.
4. Integration with the Existing Hot Water System
Project assessment should consider storage tanks, circulation pumps, piping, heat exchangers and temperature controls. The configuration depends on the existing installation and process requirements.
5. Project-Based Operating Cost Assessment
Operating costs should be evaluated using model performance, local electricity tariffs and operating hours. Comparison with an existing boiler also requires fuel costs and boiler efficiency. Savings and payback periods vary by project.

Applications for Textile, Hotels and Commercial Laundries
1. Textile Process Hot Water
The FKH-35II/CGW can be assessed for hot water supply to textile washing, dyeing and related processes with temperature requirements within the unit’s operating range. Process temperature, peak demand and production schedules should be confirmed before selection.
2. Hotel Central Hot Water Systems
The unit can be assessed for hot water production with suitable storage and distribution systems. Final supply temperatures should be controlled to match the intended use. Selection should consider occupancy, peak demand and seasonal ambient conditions.
3. Commercial Laundry Hot Water
Potential applications include hot water supply for laundry washing processes. Required water temperature, water consumption per cycle and the number of machines operating simultaneously are useful for sizing the system.
4. Existing Hot Water System Upgrades
The heat pump can be assessed for replacing or supplementing an existing hot water boiler. Suitability depends on the required temperature, heating load and system configuration. This model produces hot water rather than steam.

FAQ About the FKH-35II/CGW Hot Water Heat Pump
Q1. Does this model produce hot water or steam?
A: The FKH-35II/CGW produces hot water up to 90°C. It does not produce steam. For steam applications, please contact LEOMON about the 120°C or 150°C steam heat pump series.
Q2. Is this model suitable for my textile factory or hotel?
A: Suitability depends on required water temperature, daily consumption, peak demand, operating hours and ambient conditions. Please send your project details so that the model and system configuration can be assessed.
Q3. How much hot water can it supply per hour?
A: Hot water production depends on heating capacity and the temperature rise from inlet to outlet. Please provide both water temperatures and your required hourly demand. Water circulation flow should not be treated as hot water production capacity.
Q4. Can it replace my existing boiler?
A: It can be assessed for replacing or supplementing a boiler supplying hot water within the suitable temperature range. Heating load, piping and backup requirements must be reviewed. It cannot directly replace a boiler supplying steam.
Q5. How much can I save on operating costs?
A: Savings depend on actual operating conditions, electricity tariffs, existing fuel costs and boiler efficiency. A project-specific comparison is needed rather than a fixed savings percentage.
Q6. Can it operate in cold weather?
A: Performance varies with ambient temperature and water temperatures. Please provide the installation location and expected ambient temperature range so that operating limits and heating capacity can be confirmed.
Q7. What information is needed for a quotation?
A: Please provide your application, inlet and outlet water temperatures, daily and peak hourly hot water demand, operating hours, installation location and power supply. Information about existing boilers and storage tanks is also helpful.
